iPhone SE strange problem


I have iphone se that hangs on apple logo. It restores and itunes shows like normal phone, no errors. Hangs on apple logo after few minutes reboots and same

Maybe someone had this problem and solved it?

Thanks for solutions. It was L2080 i removed shield and L2080 droped from board, solder it back and phone work like new
