Have you got this phone in hands? Just put another operator SIM in phone and you'll see the result

It seems to me this phone was unlocked via WW unlock service, but TM relocked it again and after flashing, or reset with erasing you'll get locked phone again

when its says unlocked=true it means like passcode not simlock
