Don't worry! All you need is ReiBoot. It is a free iPhone reboot software program which allows you to enter and exit from Recovery Mode instantly, easier than learning 3-4 steps manually with iTunes to do so.
REIBOOT Step 1: connnect your iphone 5s to PC/Mac. Step 2: Click Exit Recovery Mode Button
then you can easily get out the ios 8 update cause stuck in red itunes logo recovery mode.

error 4013 and blue screen is related to:

1.- battery
2.- open Lines under the base of the screw on second layer of the board
3.- u2 ic
4.- some other shorted parts generating low voltage
5.- u16

sometimes on restore , low usb power , better use 3.0 usb if is avalible and never use usb hubs , always connect direct usb port

I have a strange issue.

Flashed a iphone 5 with screen off and camera off, via DFU mode. Al went through no problem.

BUT now when i try to set up phone, and i select country phone screen goes into "connect to itunes" screen!

Is it fixable?

sometimes it happens wen u use a after market part on the phone. open the phone and check what had been changed. change it back with the original part, u'll be just fine. the most common part for this error is the screen or sensor. so restore the phone without screen or sensor to see if its working or not and let me know!!
