Hi First Of All Connect The USB to The iPod & Then Follow These Steps

1. PRESS THE MENU AND MIDDLE BUTTON YOUR IPOD THEN WILL RESTART & YOU WILL SEE THE APPLE LOGO

2. WHEN YOU SEE THE APPLE LOGO RELEASE THE BUTTONS AND THEN PRESS THE MIDDLE AND PLAY BUTTON.

3. YOU WILL THEN BE IN DISK MODE, THE IPOD WILL DISPLAY - "OK TO DISCONNECT"
(IF ITS NOT IN DISK MODE THEN REPEAT STEPS 1 & 2)

4. GO TO ITUNES & RESTORE WITH LATEST FIRMWARE
