Member: 87722 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 112 | i have same problem vith 30GB classic cant detect itunes. pc detects when it is in disk mode but can't open disk it seems hard disk is damaged. is it any way to put ipod classic in recovery or DFU mode? |

PRESS THE MENU AND MIDDLE BUTTON YOUR IPOD THEN WILL RESTART & YOU WILL SEE THE APPLE LOGO 2. WHEN YOU SEE THE APPLE LOGO RELEASE THE BUTTONS AND THEN PRESS THE MIDDLE AND PLAY BUTTON. 3. YOU WILL THEN BE IN DISK MODE, THE IPOD WILL DISPLAY - "OK TO DISCONNECT" (IF ITS NOT IN DISK MODE THEN REPEAT STEPS 1 & 2) 4. GO TO ITUNES & RESTORE WITH LATEST FIRMWARE |
