The only way you can bypass this is by paying service. Just make sure it's not also icloud locked. Otherwise you will waste money.

Unlocking service, probably the only option if you don't have the tools and experience to do it yourself.

There's a service called officialiphoneunlocks, google it. However it's a good idea to check trustpilot ratings before using a service. This one has rating around 3, so read reviews and see how they have served others.. and be careful.
