ipad 4 wifi bootloop - GSM-Forum

hi i have an ipad 4 wifi that i dint use for couple months ago, now i tried to put it to charge but it only shows the battery icon and boot to apple logo for 4 seconds and then it reboots over and over.
Any idea or suggestion please.

This sounds like a battery issue.

Are you connecting it to itunes before boothing?
