i have an ipad mini which is dead and can even connect to itunes because it doesnt detect on pc ?

what solution can you suggest me ??

is it the board or some other problem??

hi, check mobo reset resistor "10k" or usb flex cable or lighting cable or other pc.

i have the same problem, ipad mini history before it died is that i used replacement charger, after playing games i put the device on sleep then after 4-6 hrs it was not responding..i tried changing the battery still no luck.. i also tried connecting device in computer without the battery but no response..just need help how to test charging port if it was the reason before coming out a conclusion of faulty u2 ic..ty

Can you solder with microscope? If yes look at USB charge controller 1608 I believe and check to confirm 5v is present when connected to pc. If no connect response from OC OR MAC, check all components around lightning connector. Use know good charge/sync cable!
