iPad Pro 9.7 Stuck in DFU mode

I have some iPad pros that have error 9. I have carefully taken off NAND, formatted, rewrote syscfg data, wrote original information back on to NAND and then carefully put it back on device and now I have 3 that when connected with iTunes say waiting for iPad forever, if connected to 3utools it is unable to switch from DFU mode to Recovery. I have made sure to carefully cover up CPU and RAM to insure I do not overheat them. What else could be causing the issue?

As I know, error 9 is a hardware-related issue on iOS devices. Maybe you should take your iPad to Apple store to repair. However, before that, you can try to fix iPad stuck in DFU mode by using solutions, like hard reset, restore with iTunes or repair with a professional tool, Joyoshare UltFix.

Here is what I know about the iPhone gets stuck in DFU mode, which is also applicable to your iPad Pro: How to Fix iPhone Stuck in DFU Mode

If board is able to switch from dfu to recovery without nand soldered, it means that cpu and ram are ok.
Very important: for switch to recovery the board must be powered from battery or power supply.
Otherwise, hard to say what is the cause and usually not fixable.
