Ipad2 not power on but on pc it show device is connected in dfu mode

I think you should force it to restart. iPad models: Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons at the same time. Keep pressing them until there is the recovery mode screen.

Charge the battery. If the iPad doesn't boot up after a few seconds, the battery is probably drained.
