how to find the imei number on ipad if its locked to icloud

When you turn on iphone or ipad there is a blue circle click on that and imei shows

its not phone bro its an ipad it does work with the phone and ipad cellular but its not working with the ipad wifi by some reason

Ipad WIFI have no IMEI number as it have no 3G module. It's identified by SN which is written on it's back.

yes brothers anyone with an idea how to turn off the find my iphone or ipad lock,active on icloud.i forgot the password.but can remember the user name,and its it asking for the intial password.
