Yes Bro, new modem version for 4.1 must be flashed with redsn0w.
when you jailbreak your phone must to tick - flash baseband

If you need for more help ask and I will show you screenshot from jailbreak and flashing of baseband.

TICK - Install iPad Baseband and be happy

just run i-reb wait till u have black screen .flash a custom firmware and unlock with wifi repo.ultrasnow.com .

cheak date and time uninstall ultrasnow if u istalled then install again it. for no service . 100000000% solve

what do you mean by "check date and time" ????

Actually I have the same issue, have done unlock 3gs bb 6.15.00 and no network......

if nt work see time & date setting
set tame zone maually of your city

no service after unlock 3 gs 4.1 baseband 6.15.0

Please help: AT&T iphone 3gs (new boot rom), firmware 4.1, BB 6.15.00 after using redsnow and ultrasn0w để unlock, the phone showing searching and no service even with AT&T SIM card
Already tried:
Remove and reinstall ultrasn0w.
Reset your network settings
Eject your SIM card > turn OFF your iPhone, Wait a few minutes > turn on your iPhone > re-insert your SIM.
restore your device to pre-jailbroken custom firmware using Sn0wbreeze or Pwnagetool then Re-jaibreak and Re-unlock it.
STILL NO SERVICE.
Also already reflash the ipad baseband about ...100 times no luck
PLEASE HELP
