Have you tried running blackrain again while it's in recovery mode (turn phone off, keep menu button pressed, attach usb)?

i am in UAE, government had blocked most of the sites....i cant google redsnow it...please help with the working software for 3gs.....in UAE

anyone installed the new version 3.1.3 and faced the same problem with death screen on startup of the phone? i have the same phone with new bootrom and have not installed the new version, if anyone has, plse advice if the new version you still face the same problem,

Hi guys having the same problem only thing is i dont need to unlock just need to jailbreak ,,but black rain create this reboot problem (connect to itunes) when reboot. I check serial nos and 4th digit 47 ...is there any other way to solve this problem.... I tried cust firm but comes up with error 1604 ... Even orignal firmware says not eligable to update ..i only ran black rain and activated cydia ,and snow.... Is there any way to work around this .....would really appreciate it ....i think my set is factory unlocked so no need to unlock...

Blackra1n still running, but nothing happen with my 3GS,
i Update my Firmware due iphone was sleep...and apple has block and stop the access shsh. any way i restore my 3GS to 3.1.3. iphone successfully restored to 3.1.3. after that i try to run blackra1n. but the blackra1n show the message "Running" but nothing change to my phone. and still in recovery mode. i reset the phone to come on again. blackra1n jailbreak and not make any changes.

is there any one who face this problem and get working solution..

Blackra1n Doesn't support 3.1.3.

Actually there are no solutions for unlocking or jailbreaking 3GS 3.1.3. You had not to update it to 3.1.3. Now you are f***ed for a while untill new solution comes if any comes at all.

There are no solutions for unlocking or jailbreaking 3GS 3.1.3. You had not to update it to 3.1.3. Now you are f***ed for a while untill new solution comes if any comes at all. I myself i got 2 3GS dead, I went to apple with one and just loughed at me that I droped some wather or something on the phone but I tell u fellas this is a serious exploit which is totally illegal for theys point of view, if you payd and own a device i belive u can do all u want with it.
hope some one have the balls to do something abou it.
