Member: 17689 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.72392 Thanks Meter: 737 | Good question there are 2 methods Handset should be in DFU mode 1=Device Manager on your Windows machine. Look for 'Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller', you will find 'Apple Mobile Device USB Driver' as a subitem there. Right Click and choose 'Properties', navigate to 'Details' tab and select Device Instance Path from the dropdown list box. At the end of this information string you will find the bootrom version, e.g. (iBoot-359.3.2) alternatively 2=you can download USB VEIW (http://www.ftdichip.com/Resources/Utilities/usbview.zip) RUN it scrol down to it should look like this if the boot is 359.3.2 you can leave it alone as it has no solution yet except the case you have already saved the CERTS of previous version |

Member: 279453 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 29 | I think this will be a major problem from now on because many people are now having the new iboot which goes to the recovery mode after restart soon it will be a big deal just like unlocking. i myself got more than 7 complains from my clients with this problem i hope we will get a solution soon. |
