3gs baseband chip damaged ?? Imei , ecid zero . no wifi - GSM-Forum

too many problem coming now these days .... especially in new phones ..

problem comes when try to downgrade modem ... sometimes baseband downgrade successfully & some time i think whole baseband chip is erased ..

only experts answer please ....

yes bro to solve u'r problem u need to restore or update to ios5 and u'r problem will be solved without any problem

tested by me on some 3gs

did you think my friend all did not try your solution even Aamir_Zia did not try that solution, the problem my friend as you said that the baseband ic is totall erase fffffff , no solution till now even if you see so many say change baseband ic this is not 100% , so wait if they release a software solution for that if not just use your phone as parts.

try my friend to not do any unlock for 3Gs that is manufactured in 2011 , just be away from it.

are you sure? if u have bb 6.15 how upgrade to ios5 can fix that? I dont think so, bb cannot downgrade only up!
just dont do ipad bb on week 135 and higher to be save.

i have the same problem

i have iphone 3gs 8gig S# XX128XXX

everything alright when i jailbreak it but when i upgrade the baseband into 6.15 the wifi bluetooth iccd imei is lose

Even with the serial number XX136XX, XX137XXX

same problem if you upgrade the baseband into 6.15

is theres a way to identify what is good for upgrading baseband and what is not ?
so we can prevent this problem

base on what i research new iphone 3gs 8gig with year 2011 lose imei bluetooth iccd wifi if you upgrade the baseband into 6.15

if i try to flash it to OS 5 ... Error 1 comes at the very end of updating
