this iPhone Produced in 2012 , and its not safe to Flash iPad Baseband on it . Better Do Factory Unlock By Supported Carrier .

fist check ur 3gs is old bootrom or new (made date)if you have the new 3GS made after week 28 of 2011, it does not support the iPad baseband repair
its damage ur radio and imei
