i have iphone 3gs he vr 3.1.2 16GB,i unlocked it by blackrain,but in the phone i cant see black rain,and not accept any network but its shows network name,and when i make a call! call is failed plz help me its urgent im in big prob.

restore again with 3.1.2 then load blackrain.then do jailbreak & unlock

you may confirm first
that phone imei is not stolen or stolen otherwise contact any reseller

Try to restore again with the custom ipsw file after the jailbreak, that's how I did mine.
