Cant confirm you that:
For now possible with hardware methid to downgrade baseband 4,6 to 3,9 to unlock 1.1.2 OTB.
Possible to downgrade and unlock again phone with baseband 3,9 accidentally upgraded to 1.1.3
But in your case, I'm not sure !!!
I'm sure 1 thing soon, I will have 1.1.3 working x-sim.

Just seen sucessfull tested "MADE IN CHINA" x-sim on 1.1.3

I have successfull hardware unlocked an OTB 1.1.2 with bootloader 4.6. The hardest part is opening the Iphone, the rest is just normal testpoint unlock as we are used to. I will try to post my experience about it when i have some free time.

How does your xsim work in an 1.1.3 iphone as you cannot jailbreak it yet? Or do you mean downgraded with 04.03.13G baseband.

all done last on 19th but you must have exceptional hardware skills
all job have to be done while handset is on
i had done few already thanks to geohot and siemens guys they know more about unlocking

You will need to scratch (very carefully) a point in the trace A. Be very gentle if you
damage it your phone will be damaged.
****Do not scratch the whole trace just a tiny part for the needle to touch is enough.....

Hello Mr.Shaheen
My customer had try to upgrad I-Phone and its lock.he gives to someone to unlock.now its not shows INSERT SIM,IMEI, AND FIRMWARE VERSION. IT is 1.0.2.
i try to reload 1.0.2 and 1.1.1 but with iTune but at end it shows error 1012.in emergency mode its not dialing *307#.

Can you give me the complet guide and solution to solve this problme.
