Try thjis solution for 3g os3.1.3 with modem 5.12.01 but the bootloader must be old like 5.08 and this is the procedure to do:
1-restore your iphone with the firmware 3.1.2 using itunes you will have error in the end of restoration(all is ok)
2-your iphone will be in recovry mode
3-open blackra1 and make it (your iphone is downgraded to 3.1.2
4-install only cydia in blackra1
5-after the installation is complet run cydia and go to serch and serch fuzzy
6-download fuzzyband and install it
7-run fuzzyband and downgrade your modem if your bootloader is 5.08
8-your baseband downgraded you can now enjoy unlocking your iphone 3g

Good news, but they dont work with my phone.. i have a 3gs with 3.1.3 baseband 5.11.07, when it install and i reboot my phone, the iphone dont restart they freeze.
