Done jailbreak iphone 3gs ios 6.1.2 and unlock tested

Step 1 : Restore latest version iPhone2,1_6.1.2_10B146_Restore ( after restore phone will in activation mode)
Step 2 : Open redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3
Step 3 : Extras > Select IPSW > iPhone2,1_6.0_10A403_Restore > Open

Step 4 : Back > Jailbreak
Step 5 : Select install ipad baseband & unselect install cydia > next > put dfu mode (redsnow instruction) after reboot phone will activated
Step 6 : Open evasiOn 1.4 and press jailbreak (for untethered your jailbreak )
Step 7 : Download ITOOLS & Ultrasn0w 1.2.8

Step 8 :After complete jailbreak open ITOOLS

Step 9 : connect phone to pc and open file system >var>root>Media>Cydia>AutoInstall
(If Cydia & AutoInstall don't exist, create these folders as posted)

Step 10 : place the All DEB files(ultrasn0w 1.2.8)
Step 11 : And reboot phone normaly
Step 12 : After reboot your phone is UNLOCKED

Done every thing.
But after unlock no incoming calls and when a dial any number call failed after few seconds and no signals at this moment.
whats problem ?

after step 5 repeat but select downgrade from ipad baseband else you will have issues if device is reset to factory. Also you would not have GPS!!

i reset the phone and restart twice,now phone is working. i think Phone's signal strength is low. when i go out side,phone works perfectly.

Step 10 : And reboot phone normaly
Step 12 : After reboot your phone is UNLOCKED

I'm not receiving notifications...All my apps like facebook, whatsApp, Gmail, Mail and Twittter don't notify and I get messages.
All of them are set in general-notifications with sounds, alerts but is not happening.
