What option should i use in IREB?
Amd i tried the solution in that video. But once i enter in DFU, then use iTunes to restore the firmware(still original) i still get 1015. I just got the phone from someone, so i don't know if it was jailbroken before, maybe that could be my problem?

@Update. I tried IREB's option of SET Auto-Boot true option. But that did nothing. Just rebooted the phone. Still in Recovery mode.

Write original 4.1 firmware via DFU mode, then run Tinyumbrella and tick "exit recovery mode" . If this can't help rewrite 4.1 again and repeat the procedure

Step 10. Browsing & select 4.1 firmware. -> STILL OFFICIAL FIRMWARE ?
Do i still install Official firmware? Or i need custom at this stage? I am not sure how this works.

I tried creating custom firmware using the latest version of redsn0w, but i got an error message saying it couldn't because of my operating system. I use win8 x64.

use ired to DFU mode then try gsmsandwich custom firmware 4.2.1. (no need to activate, jailbreak, unlock. )
if the phone baseband update to 6.15 also no error . tested two days before

Ok. Sorry for the late reply.
I honestly say i don't know exactly what made the problem go away. But here is what i did.
I tried to restore again via iTunes, firmware 4.1. I got recovery mode. I used recboot to kick the phone out of recovery mode. I used redsn0w to put the phone in pwned DFU mode. Then i installed 4.1 firmware via redsn0w(only install cidya). Got emergency call. Instaleed firmware again using change baseband as well. Job well done. Just like in the initial instructions.
What was odd for me, is that sometimes i could not open the phone, and itunes would not detect it. But after a good 6 hours of sleep, it recognized it and i was able to follow the initial instructions.

Now there is one more thing, that i would like to know.
After the firmware update, it doesn't move like before. there is a slight delay in response and i guess it's due to the fact that i am using firmware 4.1, and the hardware is not fully ready for this firmware. Is there any way to fix this delay?. By delay i mean the fact that when i open an app, it takes longer to open. Or the keyboard has a delay between the time i press the button and the time i hear the click sound/letter appears on the screen.
