i try to unload CommCenter (using: /bin/launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist), then complite update ICE (17. Type: ./BBUpdaterExtreme update -f ICE2_02.28.00.fls -e ICE2_02.28.00.eep), but after process modem version is not change.

do you have
com.apple.commcenter.plist (modified),We need the comm center modified to be able to run ./BBUpdaterExtreme update -f 22.fls -e 22.eep
