not yet supported in 3gs for 4.0 wait brother for it

mine is 3.1.3 not 4.0

alright people u need to read to avoid all these problems!

your 3gs is activated by itunes and original sim i suppose?
your symptoms would be, phoneversion is 3.1.3 and phone is booting properly when restarted i.e doesnt boot to restore mode
secondly there wouldnt be cydia installed meaning you dont see it on your springboard.

if your situation is exactly as above pls download spirit from spiritjb.com and use it to jailbreak your phone. the process would also install cydia for you.
you must have itunes 9.1 installed and not 9.2

if you need to unlock add ultrasn0ws repo to cydia and install ultasn0w.

spirit always gives me error... maybe new bootrom ?
