1, please pay attention to electrostatic problems, the present electronic products are usually have IC, IC must be away electrostatic because it was easy disturbed. we must put on the static ring to avoid damage components before install a iphone touch . but Some people will say, I never had bring static ring to handle and the results was no problem , to give an example : You play with your dog every day, won’t you guarantee to be scratched ?
2, to install the connector you would better put on you glove to keep clean and avoid the pollution.
3, when you install the connector, you should pay special attention to be fit and parallel the main card so that gently press down ,or cause dislocation within the connector card. When you open also pay same attention to parallel two side of touch ,don’t only open it one side

4, you should better handle with care as touch screen is made of glass , The best way is to hold it on the both sides of two fingers , don’t hold the touch glass up and down the middle
5, we need to pay attention and keep on both sides of touch screen are clean when we are tearing the protect film, Protective film inside is with sticky, don’t touch direct with your fingers,it will be easy printed on a dirty
6, to test the first generation of touch-screen assembly after must be under shut down state , that is unallowable state assembly under the lock machine ,or cause black and white.
7, when the screen display is testing ,if it is funded some wrong problem please turned off electrical source and open screen display the connector to wipe with a piece of cotton alcohol, then next assembly test .
