khm... i have many methods for this.
but you must to send me the phone via post, i will rustling all elements on pcb like kamera, flex cables, mic/speakers/earphones, connectors - and will replace with non-functional elements, also LCD and Touch screen.
i have many touch screens and lcd-s for 2g and 3g withot any externally damage but they don't work

your hard work - will be payed some days with that parts.

Brother i will give u the solution ...Say to him that : U can not do it in same condition as iphone was before ...so u need ur money of repair ! If he doesnt give u money and say that he well buy another ...U can easly give him 30-50 euro and u can buy the customer iphone ...if he not agree ok u ask him the money of repair again ...u are not cheating u are only asking money for ur work u must not give him iphone back without money or without any profit . So or iphone for 50 euro or he gives u the money this is the most honest deal u can do !

If I would you ... I'll give his phone working, very polite, for free and making him to warm up there in front of all other customers, you'll see his reaction and their reactions ... Also I'll mention that he's not welcome in my service. Be a serious man and don't play with small things...

My friends if this happens with me I don't kill the phone or stole the PCB.
First when the customer call you on phone tell them to come and talk direct
Second When the customer comes tell them that you need to clean and wash the PCB and clean the damaged parts so it needs your time and time is money.
If your customer don't understand and tell you he will trow away the phone and doesn't wont to fix tell them you can't kill the phone and you can't remove the parts that you change because the parts are with small balls and you can't remove it back and there is only two ways or pay the payment or sell me the phone low price so you can sell the phone good price after
