Bro check that you have OLD boot rom Or New boot ROm If you have new boot rom dont update ipad bb and update to 5.1.1 and jailbreak with redsn0w last version :) And if you want to Unlock without wifi follow MR..::SOLUTION::. s post it works 100000%

sir check you baseband 1st before patching it

i succesfully downgrade modem firmware 06.15.00 To 05.13.04 and unlock my phone with ver 4.3.5.. now my problem solved but i have another problem.. when i power on the phone its hang with apple logo, i boot with redsnow its boot succesfully and work fine, but every time i do this process to boot... any solution for this problem????

what i said to you...
v4.3.5 is tethered jailbreak...

everytime batery dies and want to boot again in normal mode..

you always use redsnow to boot tethered...

the solution for that is update your IOS version to v5.1.1

If you like to preserve your BB you have to create a custom firmware with Redsnow or Sn0wbreeze.

use any iphone explorer (itools , DiskAid , ifunbox , iphonebrowser , iPhoneExplorer ... )
copier mobilesubstrate.deb & ultrasn0w.deb to location – /var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall
after restar your iphone and restart again
