iphone desactived with password Simple Restore will fix this but You can't SIMUNLOCK the phone cuz it's new baseband and you will damage the phone you can only unlock it via factory unlocking service

this is the new bb models not the new bootroom .. so, you can't flash ipad bb to that device cuz you'll lose bb forever.
