I have iphone 3gs with modem firmware 5.16.08. I am having problem accessing network. Please help me.

Before trying ipad baseband check compatibility. And reset network settings in phone.

man if ur phone factory locked. then try to unlock via imei.

2 options
1 try to factory unlocked via imei
2 try jailbreak before must check with iphone checker software your baseband save or not if your baseband save then try jailbreak..if not save then you have only 1 solution via imei unlocked..
