Downgrade your baseband. Then restore to an older iphone firmware using shsh blobs. then upgrade to ios 6.0.1 if you want. Works 100% all the time for my customers.

just wanna ask ive downgraded my BB on 5.13 but when it done its not 5.13 its BasebandVersion: 05.16.08 any idea on how can i fix my BB?

If i have an Iphone 3gs 16gb with 05.16.07 and ios 6.0.1

Can i use Evasi0n to direct unlock it or do i need to upgrade to newer ios first before i do anything?
