A customer brings me an iPhone whit password i restore and then ask me to activate phone i have jailbreak active and install Cynthia then i gonna test phone accept any card but no network

Any solution for this?

I think your iPhone is now locked Try to unlock it using sim unlock like (Universal sim, Rebel sim ,etc,,)

in iphone 3g phone doesnt show invalid sim or locked state as in iphone 2g ,3g iphone will simply act as if sim is accepted and there is no network bars so use universal or tornado sim and network will definately come--cpukiller

do full reset signal will be show but this item is for 2G i didnt try it with 3G

hello
the answer is simple
restore to latest version using itunes,then, if u say is locked to a provider from your country, insert a sim that is accepted by the phone, connect it to itunes, the iphone will activate itself, and then, jailbreak using quickpwn or whatever

just follow the steps, it will work

I have already seen the same problem , customer come to me with locked iPHONE 3G ORANGE FR and he need only to activate it and installer + cydia ,,,,,,all is ok ,,,ouppss NO SERVICE even with original sim , flashed three time with customized firmware 2.0.1 /2.0.2/2.1 and not solved all times NO SERVICE .
i flash it with ORIGINAL FIRMWARE 2.1 (non touched) + itune8 , first try same result and second time all is solved . phone work with network , 100% it's jalibreak / winpin BUGS .

as u say your customer came with orange france locked iphone with orange france sim inside at your place in algeria ,maybe the global roaming of orange france is not working in your country i mean some provider problem-cpukiller

no my friend , we have orange france roaming since 2006 . also for SFR/BOUYGUES .

na na, what i meant was maybe some problem in orange france activation in roaming from providers side and to confirm weather orange sim is working or not u can try on any other mobile because ive done 100s of iphone 3g but havent encountered network problem in any of those-b.r.-cpukiller
