rogers & fido have the same numbers eg; mb629 how do you know which one. I know its not fido cause I tried to restore with a fido card & got the emergency call. I had to use the 100% no wifi to restore method. I was just wondering cause I want to buy a rogers sim card & maybe upgrade to ios 4. I dont have wifi its greyed out so I have to be cautious. I hope this makes sense . Thanks for any suggestions

My iPhone 3GS shows MC131B, in the list I found only MC131B/A (O2 Ireland, UK) and this one was activated with Orange UK sim card.
So is this the same MC131B = MC131B/A ? and if so, why it accepted Orange sim card instead O2 ?
