Breno MacMasi and Paulo Stool, owners of Desbloqueiobr, had the full iPhone 3G (2.0) open within a mere 24 hours, it says.
And it was unlocked exactly like the original iPhone by, “using a special card that piggybacks to your SIM card, fooling the phone into thinking it’s using an official carrier,” according to Gizmodo.

Dude, I'm Brazilian and not lead to evil, but those guys from Brazil who said they made the release and put video on youtube and everything else, are merely a few idiots.

They did nothing more, just put a TurboSim (or something) in the iPhone.

That, anyone can do.

Unlocking final (with JailB among others) vai leave with DevTeam or ZiPhone.

There is speculation that the PWNAGETOOL might only JAILBREAK your iPhone and will not UNLOCK it.

I guess we might need the magict sim after all....
