i have downloaded iPhone... 3.0_Restore file ...saved in desktop . how to put this file in itunes and restore ???

Is your iPhone 2G, 3G or 3GS? And what's the exact name of file you've downloaded.

its 3g file is ok . how to put file in itune and restore

Start itune attaching with iphone where its show update option just press keyboard shift key and hold it till you select file from your target folder then release shift key and its stating to restore.

If your itunes dosnt wana show then put unit in dfu mode and do all procedure again,for dfu mode u can search forum.
