Sorry, if i have posted in the wrong place.
It works 100%

My only big problem is that after ONE time Reboot my 3gs got "NO SERVICE"
and can't get to work.

Anyone what is wrong?

well after jailbreak make sure baseband is 6.15, and p0sixpawn is installed , after that install ultrasn0w , reboot device twice,, if this wont work

open redsn0w and install ipad baseband once again
boot device and u will see

after reboot 2 times still "NO SERVICE"
try to re install ipad baseband it gets error -> reboot again -> stuck in reboot loop

any idea?

as of now all informations i've got is all serial up to XXX109XXX is risky to update baseband.

XX109XX = 1 is the year of 2011 and 09 is week 9 of 1 year.
so if serial is XX931XXX means 2009 with week 31.
and its safe to update baseband.

Much better check the serial first before you update to baseband 6.15

1) Restore your device with iPhone2,1_6.1.6_10B500
2) Jailbreak
2.1) Open redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3
2.2) Go to extra
2.3) Go to select ipsw
2.4) Select iPhone2,1_6.0_10A403_Restore
2.5) Back
2.6) Jailbreak
2.7) Next, follow the instructions to enter dfu mode
2.8) Check install cydia & install ipad baseband
2.9) Wait until jailbreak done

3) There will be no cydia in your device
3.1) Open redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3
3.2) Go to extra
3.3) Go to select ipsw
3.4) Select iPhone2,1_6.0_10A403_Restore
3.5) Go To Just boot
3.6) Follow the instructions to enter dfu mode
4) after device on u can see cydia
5) Open Cydia.
6) Click the "Changes" tab in the footer.
7) Press the "Refresh" button in the top left corner.
8) After "Reloading Data", perform a search for "p0sixspwn" (the O is a zero).
9) Tap Install.
10) After installing p0sixspwn your device is untethered
11) Install ultrasnow 1.2.8

I am sorry to post again and again.
my problem is not about jailbreak and unlock. ( i have done this successfully 3gs new bootrom)

It seems that after a few days of jailbreaking and unlocking, my 3gs freeze and i cannot do anything. Just a little while the phone reboot itself, and then NO SERVICE.
No matter what i do it still no service.
I have no option but to restore and jailbreak and unlock again.

Any suggestions Author?
Anyone here who have successfully jailbreak and unlock, is it still working after REBOOT?

Please note that After jailbreak and unlock: i can use any simcards in my country
don't tell me that it lock to simcard.
