Now I got it solved myself...
Everything working fine including network now.


For those that is having issues with theirs still, well I guess you could try what I tried that worked for me... (it may work for you too).

BUT KEEP IN MIND THAT MINE WAS ON OLD BASEBAND OF iPhone 3GS with iPad BaseBand 6.15.00 and iOS 6.1.6...

Now enough story...

I did a FRESH iTunes restore for the phone and use redsn0w to downgrade ipad baseband from 6.15.00. then jailbreak normally and install ultrasn0w. Then everything works fine now plus the network...

6) Click the "Changes" tab in the footer.
7) Press the "Refresh" button in the top left corner.
8) After "Reloading Data", perform a search for "p0sixspwn" (the O is a zero).
9) Tap Install.
10) After installing p0sixspwn your device is untethered
11) Install ultrasnow 1.2.8


1000% network done

after this procedure, a havn't got a signal. no network.
so i go to REDSNOW and again do JAILBREAK, but i untick only install ipad baseband. aafter this operation i have a signal on my 3gs. wifi and gps works, but have 6.15 firmware of modem. when i try downgrade the baseband modem, it's nothing do, but phone worked.

now i have an untethered jailbreak

able to get it to work. iphone 3gs new boot rom. iphone was on 6.1.3, tethered. update with itunes to 6.1.6. lost network. followed instructions, but repeated 2.1 to 2.9 with 2.8 install cydia and downgrade from ipad baseband before proceeding with step 3. now working fine. but it did take 2 days to get it working by experimenting on the steps to take. thanks a lot

If your Modem Firmware is 6.15 and still you didnt gt the signal.?

only thing you have to change in this tutorial is (instead of install ipad baseband you should downgrade it when you are jailbreaking the iphone)

Perform a Clean Restore ,
Then open redsnow and do the jailbreak (select install cydia and Downgrade from ipad baseband)

after installing ultrasn0w reboot your idevice and make sure,
DO ALL THE PROCESS WITHOUT SIM CARD INSERTED (with sim card didn't worked for me.)
after rebooting your device insert your sim card. you will get signal!
That worked for me!
