follow steps carefully

1.first your ipod should be jailbroken
2.download ifunbox from here: http://www.i-funbox.com/download/ifunbox_en.zip
3.open ifunbox and navigate to Var folder
4.navigate to keychains folder
5.open keychains folder and delete keychain-2.bd file
6.Reboot you iPod And The Passcode Should Be Gone

Hi First Of All Connect The USB to The iPod & Then Follow These Steps

1. PRESS THE MENU AND MIDDLE BUTTON YOUR IPOD THEN WILL RESTART & YOU WILL SEE THE APPLE LOGO

2. WHEN YOU SEE THE APPLE LOGO RELEASE THE BUTTONS AND THEN PRESS THE MIDDLE AND PLAY BUTTON.

3. YOU WILL THEN BE IN RECOVERY MODE, THE IPOD WILL DISPLAY - "OK TO DISCONNECT"
(IF ITS NOT IN RECOVERY MODE THEN REPEAT STEPS 1 & 2)

4. GO TO ITUNES & RESTORE WITH LATEST FIRMWARE
