If you are getting error 1611 means, low or weak battery.
Connect your phone to pc usb or charging dock, and hold power and home down for some seconds till you see the screen go's black, leave it plugged in for about 3 or 4 hours, the battery will charge 100% and after this, try to restore agian with 4.1 stock OS if you had previously added ipad boot 6.15 into your phone.

You should get error 1015 after restore, and phone will be stuck into recovery mode. Windows users, use iREB latest.
MAC users, use tinyumbrella to kick the phone out recovery loop

Brother check this ..

i found the solution for 1611 error..my iphone 4g

Steps to solve the issue.

1. Use Latest Itunes

2.windows(xp/vista/7) must be uptodate including anti virus

3.Battery must be above 50 % (best way to recharge battery is put iphone in dfu mode(blank screen ) at least for an hour

4.check the data cable (prefer original cable)

5.check the usb cable

6.check the battery or replace it with good one(original)

i followed these steps to solve my issue after 12 days of struggling..in my case i got the solution after updating my windows(operating system) and anti virus.

Hope this could help u...

Cheeer cheeersssssssssssssss mate
