Hi,
Iv searched the whole forum there is no solution till now for the iphone 3G without wifi, if someone has a solution to unlock iphone without wifi please post it here with all details.

hi
i d the same probleme and i solved it with that:first restaur your iphone and make the update for firmware by itune
then jalbreak it with blacksnow
install snow with wifi connection
and y ve an unlocked iphne with wifi
ythat s all

what's your iphone's SW version? and also the MF version?

i have had same problem that after update with 3.1.2 and jailbreak by blackra1n no wifi available on 3g
then have done with restore custom activated firmware and unlock with install bat.
and it's done.
and now also wifi is showing.

I already tested this methode but when i open the bat file i get error 5

PS: i have already .Net Framwork installed in my pc

Hi, i did it, its UNLOCKED and Jaylbroken now.

but i dont have WIFI is there anyway to get wifi back ?

try this go to settings, general, reset, and rest network settings.

Restore FRESH Firmware &try to activate ur iphone with original carrier &Then Check if wifi issue still.!!
I Suppose ur iphone has been restored via custom firmware &Phone's BB already 5.11 so it's conflicted &Now u have wifi problem .!:

Hi, i dont understand what you mean with restore with original carrier ? im from belgium i did unlocked it using the methode montioned in this forum but i have always WIFI problem.

Can you PLEASE explain to me step per step what i shud do in order to make the wifi working again ?
