I have iPhone 3GS 16GB IOS 3.1.3 restore got error23. I changed the battery from616-0435 to 616-0433 the error 23 gone and restore from 3.1.3 to 6.1.3.

the solution is here its adll missing from windows so make new system or try another pc -----------------------------------final solution

try to updates itunes and change other computer, or maybe hardware problem.

i change the system with latest itune it really helps
