iPhone water damage - stuck in recovery mode

So as in my title my iPhone has water damage and it will not come out from recovery mode.I am connecting it to the pc with datacable and when I try to see if it is recognized on the iTunes or ziphone or quickpwn or ibrick it is not recognized it cannot be found and detected so I can get out of recovery mode
So it powers up and I get the screen with apple and then the cable and the itunes icon and stays like that and sometimes it restart and do the same thing again.after few minutes it powers down and appear the battery as a uncharged battery, I connect the iPhone and start charging and then powers up and same thing with the logo and itunes icon
Please tell me what I need to do to get him alive.I really love the phone and I don`t want to loose him.For one who gave me the right tutorial or advices how to solve the problem at my desk I will charge 35$ in him paypal account.So you will not work for me for nothing just give you the best and tell me
I tell you again that it`s not recognized on the pc I tryed on other places and neigter works it connects but I got an error on usb devices connected something like malformated error something like that.Please tell me what to do and if I can get him back to life.I am not interested in my datas from the phone I just want to see him back.
