i need to install paypal in my iphone 4 with ios 6.1.3, new paypal version 5 not more support in ios6, i try found older version in appcake like 4.1,4.2 but all link is death. where i can find older version paypal like 4.0 4.1 4.2 ...... ??

i found paypal 4.1.0 version and install via iFunBox,but how now skip aplle ID ?
when i start aplication ask me for userneme and pasword ?? and how now sinhro this app with my apple ID?
