without any apps, u can use a needle instead an put it into the small speaker holes.
this will make it a little bit louder

If U Have Wifi
Connect Iphone To Wifi
And Go To Installer
In Your Iphone (if U Dont Have Installer Use Ziphohe And Click Jailbreak)
Refresh Sources
Go To Iclarified Folder
And Install
Volume Booster (same Phone Version )

(FOR ME ITS NOT WORKING VERY WELL TRY AND POST YOUR RESULT)
