who tell you that 6.1.3 can be jailbroken using redsn0w....

first read news about jailbreak and supported ios and phones with software you are using then go to work.

the easiest way for you is

restore with 4.1

see if your phone can be flashed using ipad baseband 6.15 use iphone checker by cheveli.
if you can then:

jailbreak and flash ipad baseband using your redsn0w

install ultrasn0w from cydia and get fully working phone with any sim.

is it hard ??????

i think no but people are lazy and dont want to learn.
