damn! i have a 3gs with serial 137 and i have updated ipad baseband.. first the iPhone worked fine no any problem.. but after 3 days the iPhone become no imei no wifi no BT.
is there any solution for this problem? how to solve it?

Just only one solution change baseband chip,if u can allready do baseband update,,,,(becz chip included 5.13 baseband preinstalled)

as of now all informations i've got is all serial up to XXX109XXX is risky to update baseband.

XX109XX = 1 is the year of 2011 and 09 is week 9 of 1 year.
so if serial is XX931XXX means 2009 with week 31.
and its safe to update baseband.

Much better check the serial first before you update to baseband 6.15
