1st open cmd
2nd after opening type cd "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
and press enter
3rd type loader.exe/resettofactory
and hit enter
4th type password if prompt

enjoy

tips - you can copy the commands and paste it in cmd for fast process
