No U have to wait for any JTAG device,, or u can try to flash Stock ROM n see if solves.

If the problem is not hardware, original ROM, according to CID version installed on the phone. The problem is resolved.

Give your IMEI, SN, so I'm sure the ROM is installed. You need to install the original ROM.

Serial number is broken. Please read the serial number from the back label of the phone.
You can write it on the phone with this command:
