It is possible. If the phone model M7 it will S-OFF. Because partition IMEI is one, can we change it gave.

first get s-off with moonshine

and select m7_wlj ,,

and write imei

restart

1- unlock bootloader ( i make but say tempered)
2- flash twrp recovery
3- root with twrp ( instal super su)
4- s-off with moonshine
5 write imei with ir-key (select m7_wlj)
