My IR-KEY software has stopped working. I purchased a license dongle last month for £65. It worked initially. Now it give me an error and won't connect to the server

the error says

socket error 10054
connection reset by peer.

Please fix as I have paid for the service.

The software updated to the latest release. This is very frustrating. Please correct.

How to IR-Key Activate? Free

Sign into this site:
IR-File.com

Enter your membership option, if you are IR-Key user Choose "IR-Key Customers Access For HTC" option.
After registration serial number dongle, reseller and user name to send e-mail [email protected]. To activate your membership.
(This is on a temporary basis, the main update option is enabled by default, and does not require a login.)

Ok, I registered a new account on ir-file.com;
my account was activated and is available till 01/12/2015 but why I can't download all files from HTC?
Eg.: at endeavoru I can download only the recovery files and when I try to get a ruu or custom rom it's asking me to enter the username and pass;
after I enter this I receive error: 'wrong username or password'.
What's the problem?
