I think you are using IR-Key 4. becuse there is no s-off capability in version 5 for many reasons.

It is normal. there is not exists any program witch can s-off all of the phones. Just java card can do that. Java card price is more than 1000$.

What you are saying. At this day I was changed cid of a desire 700 dual sim in less than 2 minutes. There is not exists any box witch can change cid of all the phones. for example HTC One X+ uses block encryption and IR-Key can not change cid of that. Bro Change cid and imei takes more time in recovery mode, for doing that proccess quickly you must tray that in normal mode.
