Your problem is the Hotspot. Close firewall and antivirus. Or use an internet connection again.

if u check image i try use Hotspot, antivirus always off, firewall always off, internet OK, idont know the problem im still waiting response of support in SONORK

The same here, not connecting to IR Key server and there is nothing to do with antivirus or firewall. IR Key server down.

same problem to me..but its a server side issue..be patient
yesterday irkey change the server...so its a server side issue...they will fix soon dont worry...coz our dongle and exe cant find new server address..thats why its suck on conecting to server.....
