New IRKEY user Account activation delay

Hey dear i am a new IRKEY user,i bought my dongle 10dsays ago
then i sent my user name and dongle serial number to [email protected]
since 25.may.2015 and till today my account is not activated and never
got any reply from the support.here are my details and any quick support
will be very much appreciated.

Server is stable, but we want make It faster.
Notice that ir-key and ir-file are seprated projects but we are trying for compacting those projects. And also direct download rom from ir-key is under development

There was no need to delete my post dear,if you had no answer to it you could just ignore it....we not blind and can smell what about to happen with this IR-KEY project.

no need to say "IF" cause you know there is a problem here,we all bought your product due to your misleading advertisement and now we just stuck with a dongle with functions that your normal ADB commands alone can do.And on your portal you show us how to register on your so called HTC "IR-FILES" knowing that that Sh*t was not working but you just wasted our time waiting for something that was gonna come after a century???

Why you did not advertise your product as this "IR-KEY ready for sale with ALL ADB FONCTIONS BUT NOT support ON files download or anything please buy our product "IF YOU HAVE A SOURCE TO DOWNLOAD ANY HTC ROM AND UPDATES" in this case all of us would have known what we are buying in stead of us be begging u every day,every week or month for "IR-FILE activation" like we got this dongles for free...

If you want Rom, talk to me then I send download link to you. I am a supporter and my duty is support ir-key users.

Our plan to support file was changed. It will be direct download capability and independent to ir-file website. now we are buying a new server for that purpose. So before finishing this update if you want rom file sent file name to me by sonork. It is very simple and quick. Please, do not angry

Dear ir key supporter as you say we waiting and waiting ..and always waiting please will you tell us how long we have to wait..really . i buy this this key only for account otherwise you know whats we have in key....please try to do fast as you want ..don't be late ..and please don't wait until your all customer sleep...
